Faculty Regent Election

Open a web browser and go to https://frevs.up.edu.ph.

Click on LOG IN.

You may encounter the following page if you are signed in to other Google-based accounts. Click on Add account if your @up.edu.ph account is not on the list. Otherwise, click on your @up.edu.ph account and go to the next step.

Sign in with your complete @up.edu.ph username and password.

Agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy if this is your first time to access your account. You may also be asked to enter a new password to finish signing in.

Click on Allow when you see this page. You only have to do this once so we can verify your account.

Once you are logged in, click on VOTE for the nominee you are voting for.

Should you wish to refrain from voting any of the nominees, click on ABSTAIN.

Finally, click on CONFIRM to submit your decision.

That's it! You have successfully participated in the Faculty Regent Election.

Click on LOG OUT and remember to sign out of your @up.edu.ph account if you are using a public access computer. Just look for the Sign out button on the upper-right corner of any Google App like Gmail.

Why can't I log in?

• You might be using another Google-based account. Please make sure you are signed in to your @up.edu.ph account before logging in to the voting system.
• Your account is not registered as a qualified voter. The lists of voters were submitted to the OVPAA by your CU's Academic Affairs Office. Please contact them to have your account added.
• You tried to log in outside the online voting period for your campus. Please refer to the posted schedule so you know when to vote.
• You have used an embedded browser when you tried to log in using a mobile device. Copy and paste the URL in an external browser.

I don't know my @up.edu.ph account. Where can I get one?

Please contact your local HRDO first to check if you already have one. You may also contact your CU Computer/IT Center to request your @up.edu.ph account.

I forgot the password to my @up.edu.ph account. How can I reset it?

I am currently locked out of my @up.edu.ph account. How can I regain access to it?
